We want you to be fully satisfied with Kumi J's merchandise.
We accept returns, exchanges or refunds within 30 days of your order. The returned items must be in their original condition. They must not have been altered, worn, washed, damaged and all tags are to be intact. For both exchange and returns, return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer.
Once we have received and assessed the returned goods, please allow three business days for us to process the refund to the original mode of payment.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on items purchased during sale or promo codes.
